Our Costs

We offer a tailor made conveyancing service for each and every client, as
no properties are exactly the same.
At the outset we will provide a quote based on your specific details which
we can provide either online or via telephone.
The total price paid by a client for conveyancing, including all fees, VAT
and disbursements range from £776.00 – £1626.00 for a Purchase
and £655.20 – £1225.20 for a Sale.

Stamp Duty

In addition to your fees stamp duty may become payable. Stamp duty is calculated on the purchase price of your property and on a number of other factors specific to your circumstances. We will calculate your stamp duty payment and deal with payment of this to HMRC on your behalf.
