Oliver Machin joined Chris Stevenson Solicitors on 1 August 2017 and divides his workload between the Criminal, Family and Conveyancing departments. Oliver assists clients during police interviews as an accredited police station representative. Oliver also assists in Crown Court cases which involves the careful analysis of the evidence in the case with clients and instructing both Barristers and specialist experts to proactively assist the client’s defence.

Within the Family department, Oliver deals with a wide array of areas including both public and private care proceedings involving children, financial orders and divorces with a compassionate and methodical approach.

Within the Conveyancing department, Oliver has successfully overseen the completion of numerous sales, purchases and re-mortgages.

Outside of the office Oliver loves football and supports Hull City FC and also plays five a side football. When he’s not watching or playing football he likes to watch TV Box Sets his favourites being Game of Thrones, The Sopranos and Breaking Bad.
