Wills and Probate

Often during our daily routine making a Will, a Power of Attorney or Estate Planning is something we put off. We feel it is of the utmost importance to you and your loved ones to put your affairs in order and we offer a friendly and professional service. We recognise that sometimes you cannot always come and see us at the office. We aim to do as much as possible electronically but we can come and see you and we offer home visits for our services.

With our help not only will you be able to provide for your surviving loved ones as you would have wanted but your wishes will be also honoured too. Making a Will allows you to do this, and to be specific about it too.

Your marital status, too, can affect the outcome of dying intestate, so please do not let this happen. When you come to see us there will be an open and honest discussion about your financial situation, potential executors of the Will as well financial provision for spouse / partner and children.
Probate is the legal process of validating a Will, and the management of Will’s directions, for example to appointment of executors, liaison with the court, etc. Chris Stevenson Solicitors’ highly experienced team is on hand to provide all the required support, in a sensitive and understanding manner.

Call us today to arrange an informal, relaxed appointment.
