Kimberley Cheesewright is an associate solicitor, having joined the firm in 2009. Kimberley has expertise in all aspects of family law work ranging from financial settlements to applications for a non molestation order and she specialises in work involving children. In cases in which she is instructed Kimberley conducts out her own advocacy at court.
Kimberley regularly acts in Care Proceedings cases representing parents, grandparents and wider family members, who have acknowledged her personable manner. She has a sympathetic yet tenacious approach and supports her clients through the most stressful of issues.
Kimberley is also a fully qualified duty solicitor and has dealt with complex and serious crime cases in both in the police station and court.
